Role details:
• Conducts full System Design process
• Writes programs according to business specifications
• Conducts unit testing
• Drafts implementation plans
• Works closely with Business Analyst to ensure sufficient clarification of specifications
• Provides support, assistance and guidance to IT Senior Programmers
• Works under no or limited supervision Ability to stand in for IT Software Development Manager if and when required
• Coaching
Qualifications:
• Grade 12 plus Diploma in the required programming language or other relevant qualification
Experience Required:
• Coaching
• Providing support, assistance and guidance to IT Senior Programmers
• System Programming
• Conduct full System Design process
• Writes programs according to business specifications
• System Testing Conducts unit testing
