A well-established company in the Clearing and Forwarding Company is looking for a Sea Freight Imports Manager who developed strong leadership skills in order to accomplish and oversee the operational objectives of the department and staff.

Since 1991, this client is known for having developed relationships on an international level, making them one of the leading groupage operators in Southern Africa. They pride themselves in continuously developing new services on both import and export routes.

Qualification:
Matric is essential
Certificate/ tertiary qualification in Import/Export/ Clearing and Forwarding

Experience:
Previous knowledge of the freight forwarding operations
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Freight Clearing and Forwarding industry
Must have strong knowledge on imports/exports based in the rules and regulations


Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of the company
Manage all Sea Freight Import operations
Must have strong administration skills
A background of finance is required
Strong leadership skills to manage a team
Ability of building and maintaining customer relationships.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Self-Management
Computer literacy
Ensuring high levels of service and standard of quality
Employee management and supervision.
